Return and Exchange
All our Hats and Handbags are Handmade and may vary in Color or Size, we want you to be completely happy with your order if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your unworn, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. if any item do not meet your expectation we will be gladly to provide you a credit within 30 days. We do not accept returns beyond 30 days. We will issue credit for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error like wrong or defective merchandise, but we will not issue credit for return shipping cost for exchange, used item, wear and tear or altered. Removal of tags will be considered as items been worn. Please allow 5 to 10 days for the processing of your return. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Processing time may vary due to merchandise availability and/or payment discrepancies. We are located in Maryland, thus shipping time will vary depending on location. Shipments are based on business days (including express shipping). We do not process/ship orders during the weekends or holidays.
US /Domestic shipping includes the 48 continental states, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses. We use both United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. Free shipping is only applied for orders being shipped within the 48 continental states.
Standard ground shipping, within the 48 continental states, will take on average of 1-6 business days (after processing time). We use USPS for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US territories and PO Box addresses. For orders shipping outside the mainland, please allow between 6-10 business days.
Express shipping will take 2-3 business days (after processing time). We use UPS for express shipping and a signature is usually (but not always) required during the time of delivery. Express shipping to PO Box, AK, HI, US territories and APO/FPO are shipped via USPS and may take 3-6 business days depending on location.
Undeliverable packages (return to sender) will be subjected to additional charges. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
Packages to Canada are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) international priority mail. Shipping time is estimated between 7-10+ business days. Please be advised that for international shipping, delays may occur due to foreign customs. Once the package has passed through foreign customs, delivery will be handled by Canada Postal Service. Tracking will then be available through Canada Post. Customer is responsible for all custom charges, fees or taxes that are due at the time of delivery.
Undeliverable packages (return to sender) may be subject to abandonment. In this situation, customer will not be eligible for any refunds.
